Are you feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed? Having difficulty with relationships or other stressors? We've all been there. My role as a therapist is to help you navigate these challenges, starting with and building on your strengths. I believe in the power of authenticity, diversity, and connection, and I will strive to bring these values into our work together.
I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, understand which ones serve you and learn to change the ones that don’t. I take an integrative approach, where we’ll use a range of interventions tailored to fit your unique needs and preferences. My style is warm, empathetic, and intuitive, and I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and respect. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for clients of all backgrounds.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. I also hold a Bachelor’s in English from Binghamton University. My therapeutic approach is influenced by human-focused work in recruitment, education, and wellness. My experience has allowed for a detail-oriented approach to communicate and connect with people and their unique stories.
When I'm not in the therapy room I enjoy spending time with friends and family, outdoors, practicing yoga, baking, and oil painting; all contribute significantly to my personal wellness.
I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling, authentic life, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey toward that goal. Taking these first steps can be daunting, and I commend you for starting. I’m here to support you and invite you to reach out for a consultation.
